Accounts Payable Officer

• Purpose: This role will manage the Accounts Payables functions on behalf of Spotlight Retail Group
• Reporting to the Team Leader in Manila and assisting the retail arm of the business, you will provide Accounts Payable services for the Spotlight and Anaconda entities.
• The role is responsible for:-

• Processing Merchandise Invoices in SAP
• Investigating and resolving invoices that fail 3 way match
• Reconciling Vendor Statements
• Addressing all internal and external Stakeholder queries
• Ensuring adequate audit trail is maintained for all financial transactions
• Ad-Hoc Duties as requested

The ideal candidate will possess the following professional skills and personal characteristics:-

• 3 – 5 Years Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in the use of SAP Accounts Payable module (ideal but not necessary)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-assess
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong desire to manage and organise your time and tasks efficiently
• Have down to earth, adaptable, can-do attitude
