We are looking for a Professional, Inside Sales to support our Australia (AU) market. This role is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of reseller and customer accounts through proactive relationship management, account development, and revenue-generating activities.
The ideal candidate has experience owning customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion. Beyond sales administration, this role requires a consultative approach to account management, helping customers maximize value while supporting long-term business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Account Management & Customer Growth
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing reseller and customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand business needs, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Drive account retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term account sustainability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Business Development & Sales Generation
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion within existing accounts.
- Generate sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets.
- Promote vendor programs, campaigns, and new product offerings.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Partner with customers to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Sales Operations
- Prepare quotations and proposals for products and services.
- Manage order processing, order tracking, and post-sales follow-up activities.
- Provide ETA updates and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the sales cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with vendors, partners, procurement, customer service, and operations teams.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.
- Support initiatives that improve account performance and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Undergraduates are also welcome but must have 4 years relevant experience
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Management, Inside Account Management, IT Sales, Channel Sales, Customer Success with revenue responsibility
- Proven experience managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Demonstrated success in Account Development, Client Relationship Management, Upselling and Cross-Selling, Customer Retention, Revenue Growth
- Strong consultative selling and account management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing a customer portfolio or book of business.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics, or similar tools.
- Willing to work dayshift (AU time zone)
- Open to a hybrid setup: 10 onsite days per month (2 consecutive weeks)
- Highly preferred candidates from: IT Distribution, IT Resellers, Technology Vendors, Software Licensing Organizations, Cloud and Managed Services Providers
