Job Description

1. Performs minor fixes such as repairing drywall/filling gaps on wall, painting and repairing doors, broken locks, and other building fixtures.
1. Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
2. Order and purchase materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
3. Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
4. Keep the common areas clean and tidy.

Salary: 15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
