Design & Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Design & Sales Enablement Specialist reporting to the AVP - Marketing , you'll play a critical role in shaping how Nasdaq's sales teams connect with clients — through high-quality, brand-aligned content, presentations, and digital experiences.

You'll thrive in this position if you're creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for turning complex information into compelling visual stories in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage sales enablement content across digital platforms, including landing pages, pitch decks, and campaign assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Lead the redesign and development of presentation materials for events, sales engagements, and webinars to deliver executive-level quality and visual impact.
• Create and optimize training and certification assets — including course visuals and digital badges — to improve usability and adoption of learning platforms.
• Produce and manage the monthly sales enablement newsletter, overseeing layout, branding, and distribution.
• Edit and deliver polished video content for demos, webinars, and live events, aligned with Nasdaq's visual identity.
• Lead small design initiatives. Project management skills would be a plus

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in content design, sales enablement, or a related creative field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within deadline-driven environments.
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating across cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency in design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales or revenue organizations with enablement platforms or content management tools.
• Background in fintech, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with video editing or multimedia content production.

This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines , and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
