About The Role

We are seeking motivated UAE Nationals to join our Engineering team as Engineer, PV . This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to 5 years of experience who are passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to utility-scale solar projects. 

Key Responsibilities

Support the engineering and development of utility-scale Solar PV projects.
Perform solar PV performance simulations and energy yield assessments to optimize project performance.
Prepare and review PV engineering deliverables, including drawings, cable calculations, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), yield assessments, and other technical documentation. 
Assist in developing PV plant designs, including cable schedules, single-line diagrams, grounding systems, and plant layouts. 
Support the preparation of technical requirements and specifications for EPC, O&M, and equipment procurement activities.
Participate in technical evaluations, tenders, and contract discussions related to PV projects.
Conduct industry research and analysis on solar PV technologies, market trends, and project developments.
Prepare presentations, reports, and technical documentation to support project and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and project partners to support project delivery and successful outcomes.
UAE National.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Fresh Graduate to 5 years of relevant experience.
Interest in renewable energy and solar PV technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to prioritize work, plan effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
