About the opportunity

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at QIAGEN, you play a critical role in ensuring efficient and data-driven supply chain operations across the organization. You drive demand planning accuracy, optimize inventory and order fulfillment processes, and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Care, and Logistics, you contribute to maintaining product availability while continuously improving operational performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, enhance supply chain processes, and support a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Your tasks include

• Lead demand planning and supply coordination activities to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels
• Analyze sales history, forecast trends, and demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy and identify business risks
• Monitor and manage open orders, ensuring timely follow-up and effective order fulfillment completion
• Generate and interpret key supply chain metrics (service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory performance) to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to resolve supply chain issues and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain and improve data quality in SAP and related systems, ensuring accurate planning and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to supply chain projects with measurable business impact

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, or operations
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Ability to translate data into insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global, matrix environment
• Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries is an advantage
