GoHighLevel & WordPress Automations Specialist
Overview
We're seeking a technically proficient Specialist who excels in both GoHighLevel and WordPress . This role focuses on website management, complex tracking implementation, and Meta advertising integration. You will be the bridge between high-converting funnels and robust CMS platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and lead attribution across all digital assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Build, manage, and optimize websites within both GoHighLevel and WordPress (Elementor/Divi/Gutenberg).
- WordPress Oversight: Handle WP core updates, plugin management, security monitoring, and site speed optimization.
- Tracking & Analytics: Implement and maintain tracking systems (GTM, Meta Pixel, GA4) across both GHL and WordPress environments.
- Meta Integration: Configure Facebook Ads Manager and ensure conversion API (CAPI) is firing correctly from all web properties.
- Bridge Automations: Create automated workflows connecting WordPress lead forms to GHL CRM via webhooks, APIs, or Zapier.
- Performance Monitoring: Audit site health and performance metrics, providing recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Technical Documentation: Create SOPs for tracking, WordPress maintenance schedules, and GHL integration setups.
Required Skills & Experience
Platform Proficiency
- GoHighLevel: Advanced proficiency in builders, funnels, and complex automation workflows.
- WordPress: Deep experience in WP administration, theme customization, and plugin troubleshooting.
Tracking & Advertising
- Meta Ads: Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel installation, and server-side conversion tracking.
- Analytics: Strong mastery of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and tracking parameters (UTMs).
Technical & Integration
- Connectivity: Proven experience with API connections, webhooks, and third-party tools (Zapier/Make).
- Development Lite: Knowledge of custom code implementation ( HTML/CSS/JavaScript ) specifically for styling and tracking.
- Optimization: Experience with WordPress caching, CDN setup, and database optimization.
General Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional websites for diverse clients.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving tracking "black holes" and technical glitches.
- Detail-oriented with rigorous QA practices for both mobile and desktop.
- Familiarity with CRM lead attribution and multi-channel marketing funnels.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing technical accuracy.
Technical Requirements
To succeed in this remote role, you’ll need a professional home office setup, including
