Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Admin to assist in the day-to-day operations of property management. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate with tenants and vendors, and ensure smooth property management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support – Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to property management.
- Tenant Relations – Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communication.
- Maintenance Coordination – Schedule repairs, track work orders, and follow up with vendors.
- Document Management – Maintain property records, invoices, and lease documents.
- Rent Collection Support – Monitor payments, send reminders, and update financial records.
- Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to property regulations and assist in generating reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
