About the Role

As a Brand and Content Specialist , you’ll be the creative engine behind our clients’ digital presence. You’ll handle social media management, content creation, SEO optimization, and video production—ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the brand’s vision and goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team and dedicated coach to execute impactful campaigns, optimize brand messaging, and bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling social media content that connects with audiences and drives engagement
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using professional software
  • Curate and optimize content for SEO and digital performance
  • Design landing pages , automate workflows, and support campaigns using GoHighLevel
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with teammates to produce multimedia content that reinforces brand identity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms

STRICT REQUIREMENTS: Professional Editing Tools Only

🎬 Video Editing Tools (any of the following)

  • Adobe Products (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Final Cut Pro X
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Avid Media Composer
  • HitFilm Express
  • Sony Vegas Pro
  • iMovie
  • Lightworks
  • CapCut

🎨 Graphics Tools

  • Preferably Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Canva or other professional tools are also accepted

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation
  • At least 1 year of experience in content curation
  • At least 1 year of experience in video editing
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital engagement
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn advanced features (automations, landing pages)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Amenable to work in U.S. and Canadian timezones
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus (not required)

Technical Requirements

  • Computer with at least Intel Core i3 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 or higher
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM for smooth editing performance

🎮 Graphics Card

  • Dedicated GPU, NVIDIA 10 series or higher (or equivalent)

🌐 Internet Connection

  • Stable, high-speed internet ( at least 100 Mbps ) for uploading, collaboration, and online workflows
