Email marketing manager
sintra · Remote, Lithuania
About The Role
Why Sintra?
50,000+ small business owners use Sintra every day. Not because it's another SaaS tool — but because our AI helpers actually feel like teammates. They reply to customers, post on social media, analyze data, and much more. For someone running a business alone, this is the first time they've had help that actually helps.
We've built something people care about. Now we need to make it great.
This isn't a "send the newsletter" role. You'll have full ownership of email marketing performance, a direct line to our paid ads teams, and the mandate to test relentlessly until you find what works.
What you'll do
- Own email marketing performance end-to-end — strategy, execution, reporting, and iteration
- Work directly with our Meta and Google paid ads teams, briefing them on exactly what's needed — audiences, creatives, landing pages — to drive more email-attributable revenue
- Ensure every email, template, and campaign stays visually consistent with Sintra's brand standards
- Run weekly tests on new offers, campaigns, and email formats — you don't wait months to learn, you move fast
- Recover lost revenue by building and optimizing flows for churned users and failed payment recovery
- Design and write high-converting quiz flows and results pages that turn cold traffic into subscribers and subscribers into buyers
- Go beyond paid traffic to find and activate customers through owned channels and smart lifecycle marketing
What we're looking for
- Proven track record owning email marketing performance at a SaaS or DTC company — you can point to numbers you moved
- Experience briefing or collaborating with paid media teams, not just working in a silo
- Strong copy and design sensibility — you know what an on-brand email looks and sounds like
- A testing mindset: weekly experiments aren't stressful to you, they're the job
- Experience with quiz funnels, lifecycle flows, and revenue recovery sequences
- Comfortable in platforms like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar
Salary range: €5,000-7,000/month gross, depending on experience.
Benefits
- Equity package: share in the company’s long-term success through an equity plan that rewards your impact and commitment.
- Flexible working model: enjoy a flexible approach to work that supports a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
- Private health insurance: comprehensive private health coverage to support your well-being.
- Workout sessions with a personal trainer: access guided workout sessions with a personal trainer to help you stay active, healthy, and motivated.
- Daily office-provided lunch: fresh, complimentary lunch provided in the office every workday to keep you energized and focused.
