The SPO Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation. About the Role

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational data and generate insights through dashboards, reports, KPI tracking, trend analysis, and root-cause investigations to support informed decision-making.
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Manage performance reporting and data governance by ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely reporting against operational targets, forecasts, and business metrics.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Drive process improvement and operational efficiency by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, developing tools and templates, and supporting automation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and business teams to align reporting, present recommendations, and support strategic and operational objectives.
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Provide financial and strategic support through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, benchmarking, invoicing, reconciliation, and profitability improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant experience in analytical or operational roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into insights
