The Legal Counsel is primarily responsible for the drafting and review of legal documents and corporate housekeeping. Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, review, negotiate, and finalize proposals, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Work on new or existing litigation, attend hearings as may be required, and updating tracking and monitoring tools as necessary.
  • Conduct exhausting research of laws, regulations, jurisprudence, as applicable to a particular concern and issue legal advice or opinion.
  • Draft and prepare board & committee meeting notices, agenda, minutes, and materials, as well as corporate records, and regulatory reports.

Job Requirements

  • Admitted to the Philippine Bar
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years in a law firm handling labor and litigation matters with experience in dispute resolution with experience in contract review and corporate secretarial work is a plus.
  • Appearance before the National Labor Relations Commission (including SENA, and the LA),
