Software Engineer (Junior / Mid / Senior)

About The Role We are seeking Software Engineers at all career stages (Junior, Mid, and Senior) to join our engineering team and drive the development of our enterprise-level applications. In this role, you will work across our modern web and mobile tech stack, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Depending on your seniority, your role will balance hands-on development with technical design.

The ideal candidate possesses deep curiosity for modern frameworks, exposure to cloud environments (GCP), and a proven track record of building reliable systems while maintaining excellent communication, integrity, and strict confidentiality.

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: On-site 3x a week)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Project-based

Experience Level: Open to Junior, Mid, and Senior tracks (Scaled requirements below) Key Responsibilities Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise-level applications using NestJS, Next.js, and React Native.

AI-Driven Development: Champion the use of AI tools and methodologies to streamline the development lifecycle, code generation, and testing processes.

Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Data Security & Confidentiality: Ensure all processes and data pipelines remain strictly independent and siloed, protecting sensitive information from unauthorized access.

Leadership & Mentorship (For Mid/Senior tracks): Lead architectural designs, manage scalable cloud solutions leveraging GCP services, and mentor junior team members to ensure code quality and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience Blueprint by Level: To ensure we welcome rising talent, we have adjusted our tier requirements: Junior: 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience. Demonstrable academic or boot camp projects using our tech stack will be highly valued.

Mid-Level: 3–5 years of professional experience, with exposure to production-ready enterprise applications.

Senior: 6+ years of professional experience, with a track record of architectural ownership and system scaling.

Technical Stack Expertise

Next.js & NestJS: Hands-on experience building web frontends and robust backend APIs. (Seniors: 3+ years enterprise experience; Juniors: foundational project experience).

React Native: Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Prior exposure is a major plus. For senior roles, a GCP certification is highly advantageous.
