Senior Software Engineer (NestJS, Next JS, React Native, GCP is a plus)

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise-level applications using modern frameworks.

Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed.

AI Integration: Champion the use of AI tools and methodologies to streamline the development lifecycle, code generation, and testing processes.

Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage scalable cloud solutions leveraging GCP services.

Data Security & Confidentiality: Ensure that all processes and data pipelines remain strictly independent and siloed, ensuring that sensitive information is accessible only to authorized personnel.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience Minimum of 6 years of total professional software engineering experience, with significant exposure to enterprise-level applications.

Technical Stack Expertise

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Must have exposure; Having a certification is an advantage.

NextJS: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, enterprise-level experience.

NestJS: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, enterprise-level experience building robust backend APIs.

React Native: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing cross-platform mobile applications. Character & Values Exemplifies upright values, trustworthiness, integrity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work on-site/face-to-face in Metro Manila, Philippines, at least 3 times a week.
