What You’ll Do

• Build & Deploy: Develop, test, and release scalable backend applications, WebAPIs, and microservices following SDLC best practices.
• Architecture & Innovation: Contribute to maintainable system designs, build prototypes, and integrate Generative/Agentic AI solutions (RAG, Vector DBs, AI Agents).
• Maintain & Optimize: Debug, enhance existing systems, improve application performance, and proactively tackle technical debt.
• DevOps & Collaboration: Utilize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, participate in code reviews/UT, and maintain clear technical documentation and project artifacts.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of software development experience (minimum 2 years in core backend development).
• Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in C# (.NET Core, async/await, Dependency Injection, HttpClient), WebAPI, and MVC.
• Core Fundamentals: Strong grasp of .NET Runtime (CLR, GC, IDisposable, boxing/unboxing), OOP design patterns, and DRY principles.
• System Design: Practical experience in microservices architecture, unit testing, and asynchronous task processing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI (RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents).
• Experience writing Jenkins CI/CD pipeline scripts.
