About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to provide executive support while driving marketing, events, and membership engagement for Australian businesses.

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You'll provide executive support to business leaders, coordinate networking events, manage marketing campaigns, oversee social media and digital content, maintain business records and CRM data, and help grow an active business community.

What You'll Be Doing

Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Draft professional correspondence, proposals and business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics and expense reconciliation.

Marketing & Digital Content

  • Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create engaging social media graphics and promotional materials.
  • Produce newsletters and coordinate email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain website content, event listings and member directories.
  • Manage Google Business Profile and online reviews.
  • Create local market updates and community-focused content.
  • Build and optimise Meta advertising campaigns to generate leads.
  • Produce monthly marketing performance reports.

Events & Membership Coordination

  • Coordinate networking events, including venues, catering, speakers and attendee communications.
  • Manage event invitations, registrations and RSVP tracking.
  • Support meeting coordination, agendas and minutes for business groups.
  • Respond to membership enquiries and coordinate new member onboarding.
  • Develop referral campaigns and member engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor membership renewals and retention activities.

CRM & Administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, membership databases and reporting.
  • Track membership growth, sales pipelines and lead activity.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain administrative records.
  • Generate regular reports on membership growth and marketing performance.

Requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Creative with an eye for engaging digital content.
  • Customer-focused and passionate about building professional relationships.
  • Comfortable supporting senior executives while also managing marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Newly graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role is highly regarded
  • Experience managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram is highly regarded
  • Experience creating digital content using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Experience maintaining CRM systems and business records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
