BPO Trainer - UK Collections | Quezon City

• 100% onsite
• Night shift, no guaranteed weekends off

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs that adhere to organizational objectives
• Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across different programs offered by the company
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing initiatives.
• Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investment in mind
• Manage vendors and procurement processes for capability building programs.
• Manage stakeholders and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer with at least 1 year experience in a UK, US, or AUS collections account in the past 4 years
• Required highest educational attainment: finished a bachelor's degree (any specialization)
