Procurement Manager

Responsible for

• Tier 1 vendor governance: maintaining the register, ownership, and review cycles.
• New vendor onboarding : enabling the business with fast and compliant activation.
• Time-to-contract acceleration: streamlining processes and removing bottlenecks.
• AI agent leverage: embedding AI agent to drive best procurement outcomes.
• Audit & compliance support: implementing controls addressing internal audit findings on third-party risk.

Experience

• Vendor lifecycle management in Fintech or financial services environments.
• Procurement operations & time-to-contract optimisation: partnering with Legal and business stakeholders to accelerate deal execution Running RFx processes and vendor evaluations

Skills

• Skills AI & automation: comfortable leveraging AI agents to drive efficiency, accelerate RFx, deals contract cycles, and to unlock commercial value.
• Enterprise systems adaptability curious and quick to master tools used in vendor onboarding and governance (e.g., NetSuite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Jira, LawVu).
• Stakeholder engagement & follow-through proactive in chasing business owners and delegates to close governance actions and keep vendors compliant.
• Analytical & reporting rigour – strong Excel, dashboard, and data storytelling skills to deliver executive-ready insights for the CFO, CIO, and Board.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years' relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, or third-party risk, ideally within Fintech or financial services
