Franchise Relations Manager

About The Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the daily workflow of the department
- Leads the franchising and business development initiatives
- Monitors and tracks effectiveness of franchising campaigns
- Tracks all franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
- Works with the executive team, marketing managers, department heads, to set the franchising strategy for the brands
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, locations and franchising opportunities
- Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
  JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven franchise relations/ business development management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Expert understanding of service and product
- Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure
