About The Role

  1. **Team Management:**
  • Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.
  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.
  1. **Customer Service:**
  • Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.
  1. **Store Operations:**
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
  1. **Sales and Marketing:**
  • Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  1. **Quality Control:**
  • Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
  1. **Health and Safety Compliance:**
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
  • Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience related in coffee industry.
  • Experience in supervising more than 5 stores.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Customer - focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enthusiasm for the Kenangan Coffee and its products.
