Driver Operations Associate (Bisaya Speaker)

What You'll Do

• Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up with the existing driver applications
• -
• Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met
• -
• Validate driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
• -
• Accurately verify submitted documents, and timely recording of findings
• -
• Adhoc tasks necessary to hit the targets and/or complete the tasks assigned

• A passionate customer service professional who can assist our incoming partner riders with their application process

What You'll Need

• -
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred
• -
• Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet)
• -
• Strong communication skills, customer service, and attention to details.
• -

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

• Proficient in handling and analyzing data
• -
• Ability to communicate effectively in Cebuano (Bisaya)
