Work closely with clients to assess, analyze, and define Finance-based business requirements, translating them into IFS ERP solutions.
Configure and deploy IFS ERP software to align with client-specific needs, ensuring optimal system functionality and business process efficiency.
Guide clients in streamlining and improving their financial operations using IFS ERP, leveraging industry’s best practices and system capabilities.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and efficient utilization of the ERP system.
Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project managers, to drive successful ERP implementation within defined project timelines and budgets.
Provide early post-go-live support and assist in further system enhancements based on business needs.

Requirements

An academic background with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or any other relevant discipline.
5 Years of experience with a proven track record of successfully implementing multiple ERP systems including IFS within the Finance domain is a must.
Comfortable working with a diverse team of business stakeholders, technical implementation consultants and finance leaders.
Excellent communication skills and Commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service and support.
