Role Overview

Our client is seeking a high-energy, articulate, and presentable Business Development Manager (BDM) based on-site in their Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will drive sector-specific expansion (e.g., Real Estate, Retail, Banking, F&B), conduct in-person and virtual client presentations, manage end-to-end sales pipelines, and close high-value software deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire enterprise accounts within assigned verticals through direct engagement and site visits.
Leverage deep sector knowledge to pitch tailored B2B software, SaaS, and automation solutions.
Lead the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs discovery, demo presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closing.
Defend delivery timelines, navigate pricing models, and effectively manage client objections.
Maintain strict CRM discipline, tracking conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal stages.
Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas backed by clear metrics.

Key Requirements

Location: Must be physically based in Saudi Arabia and work on-site from KSA office.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B software, SaaS, or tech solutions sales experience within the Saudi market.
Sector Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of sector-specific platforms (e.g., ERP/CRM, POS/Inventory solutions, HR & Business Automation tools...etc. depends on the sector).
Communication & Presence: Exceptional fluency in Arabic and English. Strong executive presence, charismatic demeanor, and confident presentation skills.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to articulate past performance through clear conversion metrics and sales numbers.
