QA OR QC ENGINEER

•  Bachelor;s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
•  At least three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within an
• electrical manufacturing, fabrication, or related industrial environment.
•  Knowledge of QA/QC tools, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
•  Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent attention to detail.
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

•  Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
•  Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
•  Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•  Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
•  Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve product quality concerns.
•  Review technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
•  Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
•  Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
•  Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
•  Perform other quality-related duties assigned by Management.
