Design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and develop data models and schemas that support reporting and analytics.
Maintain and optimize the data warehouse environment to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement best practices for data management, data governance, and data security.
Monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions by optimizing queries, data models, and ETL processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data quality, and data integration.
Lead and mentor junior BI developers, providing guidance and support on best practices, technical skills, and project execution.
Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other IT professionals to ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization.
Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver BI projects on time and within scope.
Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Propose and implement new BI solutions or enhancements to existing ones to improve business processes and decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin).
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance, and data quality best practices.
Experience with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
