We are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel support to corporate clients. In this role, you will manage domestic and international travel bookings, ticketing, invoicing, and customer service while ensuring compliance with client travel policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international corporate travel bookings from enquiry through to completion.
  • Issue, reissue, exchange and refund airline tickets using Sabre.
  • Process invoicing, receipting and accounting transactions through Tramada.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies and service level agreements.
  • Interpret and apply airline fare rules accurately.
  • Research and provide travel recommendations including flights, accommodation and ancillary services.
  • Manage itinerary changes, cancellations and travel disruptions.
  • Calculate commissions, mark-ups and travel-related fees accurately.
  • Maintain accurate passenger, passport, visa and travel documentation records.
  • Resolve ticketing issues, BSP discrepancies, ADM disputes and travel accounting exceptions.
  • Escalate operational or technical issues appropriately.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of passenger and payment information.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately with no adverse financial impact to the client or employer.
  • Remain current with travel industry developments, airline policies, client travel policies and system updates.

Requirements

  • Atleast 5 years of travel industry experience .
  • Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS
  • Experience with Tramada
  • Excellent understanding of airline, airport, and city codes.
  • Strong knowledge of fare calculations and fare rules.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Experience

  • Corporate travel consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of ticketing processes, BSP procedures, ADM handling, and travel-related accounting.
  • Understanding of hotel reservations, travel documentation, and industry regulations.
