The SPO Senior Manager, Operations within the SPO Manila Hub is responsible for leadership and coaching of the Manila-based SPO delivery teams, ensuring high-quality spatial data, reporting, and occupancy planning support across client portfolios. This role supports regional delivery capability, drives operational excellence, and acts as a key liaison between global SPO

About the Role

  • Manila Hub Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop the Manila SPO Hub by managing team performance, resource planning, workforce growth, and collaboration across multiple portfolios within a matrix reporting environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process optimization, automation initiatives, and alignment with global SPO standards, operations, and playbooks.
  • Financial and Commercial Acumen: Oversee financial and commercial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, invoicing, utilization, margins, pricing strategies, and business case development.
  • Client Engagement: Strengthen client engagement and business growth by leading client reviews, serving as an escalation point, supporting account health, driving thought leadership, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and expand client relationships.

About You

  • 8+ years corporate real estate or spatial data experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across global geographies, with strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with responsibility for driving financial performance, budgeting, and business outcomes.
  • Expertise in operational excellence and data governance, with a focus on delivery quality, process optimization, and adoption of global standards.
  • Knowledge of workplace technology and real estate platforms, coupled with a client-centric approach measured through client satisfaction, team engagement, retention, and service delivery success.
