About The Role

Act as ISO 22000 Management Representative and lead FSSC & HALAL teams
Maintain and improve the FSMS, HACCP studies, risk assessments and control validation
Manage documentation, records, traceability and product specifications
Lead food safety team meetings, internal audits, CAPA, management reviews and KPI reporting
Oversee lab testing, sampling and supplier approval/performance related to quality and safety
Coordinate with production, supply chain, maintenance and support functions on hygiene, pest control and recall/crisis procedures
Serve as primary contact for certification bodies, regulators and customers
Bachelor’s in food science, Quality Management, Engineering or related field
team leading skills and FMCG experience
ISO 22000 Lead Implementer/Auditor certification
8+ years in quality and food safety management with proven FSMS and HACCP leadership
Strong audit, regulatory, cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
