About The Role

The Packaging Machine Technical Operator operates, monitors, and maintains packaging equipment including sachet (universal packaging machine or Shubham packaging machine), labelling machine, wrapping machine, case-taping machine, coding machine, and related machines safely and efficiently to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain process equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
Carry out autonomous maintenance on process equipment.
Identify minor machine faults and take corrective action where applicable.
Escalate complex mechanical or operational issues to the appropriate maintenance or engineering team.
Comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures always.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry
or a related field.
