Operations Specialist (Value Added Services)

About the Job The primary role is to support various operational functions including customer enrollment, billing validation, reporting, and claims monitoring. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports product rollouts, process documentation, and interdepartmental coordination. The position may also be assigned small-scale projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery. What You’ll Do: Assist in product rollout, pilot preparation, sales management and back-office activities. Create, maintain, and validate operational reports related to Value Added Services (VAS) products and services. Ensure all product documentation and process maps are current and properly aligned across departments. Manage customer enrollment processes with service providers through reporting and documentation. Monitor and follow up on claims performance to ensure timely release and processing by service providers. Validate billing statements, invoices, and other payment-related transactions. Coordinate with Finance and service providers to ensure accurate and timely settlements. Cooperate with internal teams to resolve process gaps and improve operational workflows. Document and standardize operational procedures for VAS-related activities. Support small-scale projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency or service delivery.
