Junior Funding Manager

About the job The postholder assists in managing the operational activities of the Funding Unit, including among others, fund administration and management, and coordination with relevant departments for seamless execution of day-to-day activities. The postholder also helps identify and secure internal and external funding opportunities from a range of funding institutions. What You’ll Do: · Ensure accuracy and timely settlement of funding transactions with bank counterparties · Perform bank account opening and updating / KYC process from various counterparties · Coordinate with BSP for periodic submission of complete documentary requirements to support offshore loan transactions. · Prepare documentation of loan interest payments to be forwarded to bank counterparties. Ensure completion of documents prior sending to banks. · Complete all loan documentation from bank counterparties · Provide timely and accurate feedback to Headquarters regarding specific case-to-case reporting requirements · Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with banks for premium rates on bank transactions involving, but not limited to, deposits/withdrawal of funds, credit facilities, investment, telegraphic transfers or other instruments · Coordinate with Finance Department/Liquidity Team on Funding disbursements · Provide support for the organization of funding-related investor meetings and events · Build strong relationship with banks · Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and file to appropriate folders . · Perform other related functions as required from time to time.
