About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our regional team. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing in-app campaigns across APAC markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Activity Planning & Execution

Plan and implement cross-market campaigns, promotions, and themed events on the APAC APP platform.
Ensure alignment with business goals and campaign objectives.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Coordinate closely with product, design, marketing, BI and local teams.
Ensure seamless campaign execution with timely resource alignment.

Data Monitoring & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze key activity metrics such as participation rate, conversion rate, and retention rate.
Generate post-campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

User Feedback & Activity Optimization

Collect and evaluate user feedback to improve campaign experience and efficiency.
Continuously test and refine campaigns based on results and market trends.

Budget Management & Resource Planning

Develop activity budgets and control spending within approved limits.
Efficiently allocate resources to maximize impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of campaign operations, growth, or user operations experience (preferably in e-commerce, internet or mobile app industry).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, GA, internal dashboards).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Fluent in both English and Chinese for cross-market collaboration.
