### What you'll do

• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing engaging Reels and TikToks for our campaigns, educational content, and promos.
• Capture authentic behind-the-scenes content during events, shoots, and team activities.
• Keep a sharp eye on viral social media trends and work with the team to adapt them to the fintech space in a fun, fresh way.
• Brainstorm and experiment with new content formats, hooks, and creative storytelling styles.
• Help adapt and distribute video and graphic assets across various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
• Assist with light research on fintech/crypto topics and draft engaging captions and post copies.

### What we expect from you

• **Trend Awareness:** You genuinely love being online and have your pulse on what’s trending across social media platforms.
• **Content Creation & Editing:** Video creators are preferred, with a strong sense of emerging trends, an instinct for high-performing content, and the ability to independently develop and produce videos from concept to completion.
• **Editing Skills:** Basic video editing skills, especially for mobile formats (experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools is a major plus!).
• **Creative Energy:** You enjoy creative work and feel comfortable being behind—or even in front of—the camera when needed.
• **Interest in Fintech:** A genuine curiosity or interest in cryptocurrency, personal finance, and modern digital marketing.
• **Detail-Oriented & Organized:** Strong attention to detail with a knack for keeping assets, files, and content schedules organized.
• **Team Player:** You thrive in a collaborative environment that moves fast and isn't afraid to test new ideas.
