### What you'll do

  • Build the global corp tax structure which includes PH, SG, AU, EU, and other regions.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of financial statements and tax returns to maintain a reasonable tax cost.
  • Monitor entities to ensure adherence to tax laws and BIR filing deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of policies that promote tax compliance.
  • Manage tax cases with regulators, ensuring their resolution and conclusion.
  • Serve as the finance team’s representative in tax audits and other tax-related cases.
  • Advise on the tax implications of both domestic and cross-border business transactions.
  • Propose tax-efficient alternatives for business units and transactions.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks by implementing effective controls over all aspects of tax purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date on tax updates, communicate key developments, and strategize responses to changes in tax laws.
  • Interpret tax requirements, procedures, and compliance, while anticipating their potential impact on the business.
  • Collaborate with all business units to assess and monitor the implications of issues, evaluating present and future pricing strategies to ensure optimal efficiency.

### What we expect from you

  • Must be a CPA or CPA-Lawyer with a Certificate of Accreditation as a Tax Practitioner.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive tax experience, particularly with Big Four tax firms or large multinational companies.
  • Experienced in building crop tax structures.
  • Recent tax-related experience within the last twelve months.
  • Adept at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
