About The Role

Here’s the difference you’ll make As a Logistics System and Technology Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that Express logistics systems remain efficient, stable, and aligned with operational and customer requirements. You will ensure system configurations meet market standards, manage third-party system providers, and monitor logistics technology trends. Your role involves driving process improvements through automation and integration, collaborating with teams to optimize system performance, and acting as a subject matter expert for system upgrades. You will also lead change delivery, including system enhancements, business process updates, and capability improvements, ensuring all initiatives go through structured UAT, implementation, and hypercare . What you’ll do (your mission) Change Delivery & Governance Own the end ‑ to ‑ end change lifecycle for logistics system enhancements—from requirement validation, UAT ownership, deployment, and hypercare stabilization. Ensure changes meet operational requirements and adhere to organizational standards for quality, documentation, and risk mitigation. Lead change impact assessments and prepare the network for rollouts through structured communication and training support. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ownership Develop UAT strategy, scenarios, and acceptance criteria aligned with business processes. Facilitate UAT execution with operational testers; ensure defects are logged, tracked, retested, and resolved. Provide final UAT sign ‑ off based on functional readiness, business impact, and operational fit. Implementation & Hypercare Management Oversee cut ‑ over planning, deployment sequencing, and readiness checks for system changes. Serve as the primary escalation point during hypercare , coordinating with IT, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues quickly. Track stabilization metrics and formally close hypercare when KPIs are met. Logistics System Performance Management Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions that improve productivity, turnaround time, and service quality. Coordinate with the Performance Management team to track system KPIs and ensure changes deliver expected outcomes. Manage system configurations and ensure alignment with business rules, compliance standards, and market practices. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams to align system capabilities with operational needs. Coordinate with third ‑ party system vendors to deliver enhancements, fixes, and SLA commitments. Lead cross ‑ functional workshops to gather requirements, resolve process gaps, and align improvement initiatives. Documentation, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Maintain updated SOPs, configuration documentation, process maps, and change records. Ensure all system changes comply with audit requirements, information security standards, and internal controls. Promote continuous improvement by driving automation opportunities and supporting modernization initiatives. Key Result Area Deliver 95% alignment of system functionalities with operational and business requirements within planned timelines. Implement system enhancements that result in a measurable 20% improvement in operational efficiency within planned timelines. Achieve 90% satisfaction in system usability and performance among operational teams. 0 unmet major standards or audit findings not addressed within the committed timeline You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Professional Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems management, logistics systems, IT delivery, or operations process improvement Experience leading UAT, system implementation, or change initiatives Familiarity with logistics platforms, TMS/ILMS, scanning/ sorting systems, or transport operations, inventory management, last mile operations, Master data management Strong understanding of business processes related to pickup , sortation, linehaul, and delivery Strong problem ‑ solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills Experience working with IT teams, vendors, and operational end ‑ users Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies Proven track record of leading system enhancements, process automation, or technology-driven transformation projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into system solutions. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities Technical Competencies Expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) or Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), logistics software, or operational management tools Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards related to logistics operations What’s in it for you at 2Go?
