About The Role

Here’s the difference you’ll make As an IT Project Manager (Account Management) you will be responsible providing a tight partnership with the business unit. You shall act as single point of contact for all IT related matters specific to the business and liaise with corresponding IT service teams [ADM, NOC, NOC, Support] for the delivery of the business IT requirements. You will handle and drive IT related projects for the business and address business project related concerns, drive prioritization and provide suggestions or even expert advice to the business on areas they are struggling with. The IT Project Manager (Account Management) shall act as the IT Champion. Showcase available 2GO IT system capabilities to the business and drives the maximization of these solutions, provides latest technology updates to the business. What you’ll do (your mission) · Coordinates with internal service providers (Data Center, Network, Database, Messaging, EUS, Application Development Management, Helpdesk, INFOSEC) in the assessment, provision and maintenance of information technology solutions for the Business Unit. · Coordinates with external service providers, particularly with third party consulting companies, in the assessment, provision and maintenance of Information Technology solutions for the Business Unit. · Attends to business unit technical support requirements, escalate to corresponding IT servicing units, monitor resolution and provides regular updates back to business. IT Project Manager as a Single-Point-Of-Contact [SPOC] for the business. · Handles admin tasks related to BU IT requirements such as BU IT budget preparations. · In coordination with business unit, attends to external customer IT related requirements, issues and queries. These are mostly related to front-end application visible to the customer including but not limited to integration matters. · Represents IT in every regular business unit management meeting including STEERCOM, 1x, L1, and other business unit management meetings. · Provides regular IT scorecard [including IT SLA] reports [Network & Server uptime, DB maintenance, Wireless availability, ITSD Tickets, etc] specific to the business unit · Provides IT support in the on-boarding process of new customers. · Ensures compliance of business unit to INFOSEC and other IT policies and procedures in partnership with corresponding business unit leaders. · Manages Information Technology projects supporting business processes ensuring conformance to standard development methodology and within planned schedule and approved budget. · Collaborate with internal and external customers in the design, development and implementation of customized systems required in new projects and/or acquisition, configuration and implementation of packaged application. · Understands the business requirement and assist the business unit project lead in the requirement documentation. This includes providing guidance in building Terms-Of-Reference [TOR], Business Requirement Document [BRD], Project Request Form [PRF], Project Charter [PC], and other project requirement related documents. · Leads in the evaluation of IT solutions for the business unit. · Provides governance on all business unit IT projects and MOBs [Maintenance Of Business] such as but not limited to: · Compliance to IT project gating process. · Compliance to IT project documentation including submission of final project documents to IT project registrar for uploading to project document repository and regular updating of IT project register and portfolio. · Compliance to IT standards and policies on Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Help Desk Support, OS, DB, Integration and others. · Drives project prioritization and provide suggestions, expert advice to business on their areas of concerns. · Provides regular updates on all IT projects/MOBs to the business unit and other stakeholders. · Contributes Information Technology solutions in the formulation of the BU strategic and tactical plans. · Evaluates through cost and feasibility analysis and recommends new and alternative information technology solutions that could address the business requirements. · Initiates and leads brainstorming sessions with IT internal support to identify the best solution for business requirement and provides expert recommendation to business unit on best fit technology in terms of system features, risk, cost and timeline. · Provides IT related trainings, refreshers, tips, best practices and reminders applicable to the business end-users. · Showcase 2GO IT solutions capabilities and drives in maximizing these IT solutions for the business. Example, Nintex workflow, SharePoint for file back-up/storage, Corporate Intranet facility, etc. · Provides latest technology updates to the business on IT solutions relevant to the business. You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background · BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or BS Information Management.
