Here’s the difference you’ll make You will be responsible for processing and receiving of collections. You are to ensure complete and on time deposit of cash collections and submission of reports. What you’ll do · · Receives collections from express couriers/tellers/truckers · Issues official receipts and records all transactions accurately. · Do cash hand over & bank hand over in far eye system · Performs end-of-day cash reconciliation, ensuring it is reconciled with the total remittance received from Riders, Truckers, & Others. · Prepares and deposits collected cash and checks to the bank. · Safekeeps cash, checks, and financial documents to prevent loss or fraud. · Release of cash deposits to bank roving teller, ensure 100% deposited collection. · Send collection reports to finance manila for tagging (e-comm/day 1 transactions) · Prepares NOC/NOD to Vendors on unremitted transactions for billing deductions · Updating of COD transactions remitted from Failed to Success in FE System and Remittance Application. · Any discrepancy in remittance committed by Riders, Truckers should be reported to immediate leader without fail. · Do validations for weekly & year to date unremitted transactions for branch · Ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies. · Assists internal or external auditors during cash audits. · All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background · Bachelor's Degree · Graduate of any four-year course preferably Accounting or Finance Management Professional Experience · 1 to 2 yrs experience in Cash Handling Functions Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies · Communication skills · Attention to Details · Problem Solving skills / critical thinking Technical Competencies · Inventory Management · Project Management · Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Literate Licensure / Certification Required · Not required; however, possession of relevant certifications is an advantage and will be considered a plus.
