About The Role

Here’s the difference you’ll make You as an OHS Supervisor (Safety Officer 3) will be responsible for leading the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs across assigned clusters within 2GO Group, Inc. You are to ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards of the Philippines, as well as internal corporate policies and industry best practices. You will play a critical role in risk identification, incident prevention, and emergency preparedness, while fostering a proactive safety culture across diverse operational environments. You serve as a strategic partner to site leadership, enabling operational excellence through effective safety governance, workforce engagement, and regulatory alignment. What you’ll do Ensure total compliance to OSH Legal and Regulatory Standards and work instructions based on Corporate and Customer OHS standards that will lead to achievement of Customer contracted KPIs (Customers - Driving Effectiveness, Creating Business Value): Ensure compliance to OSH standards (DOLE DO252-25 and BFP RA9514) Ensure total compliance to OSH Legal and Regulatory Standards and work instructions based on Corporate and Customer OHS standards that will lead to achievement of Customer contracted KPIs (Customers - Driving Effectiveness, Creating Business Value): Ensure OHS regulatory compliance and administrate legal documentation/ reporting related to DOLE, BFP and other related authorities. Ensure total compliance to OSH Legal and Regulatory Standards and work instructions based on Corporate and Customer OHS standards that will lead to achievement of Customer contracted KPIs (Customers - Driving Effectiveness, Creating Business Value): Ensure HIRAC is up to date factoring in recent incidents/ accidents lessons learned and communicated; Evaluate cluster’s OHS performance through the assessment of company commitment, legal compliance, worker’s participation and effectiveness of control measures at workplace. Participate and provide advisory support on OHS walkthrough, incident or accident investigation and other EHS on floor assistance (Process - Managing Risks): Ensure walkthroughs are done per schedule and actions are closed; Ensure that OSH related accidents/ incidents are documented, reported and resolved in a timely matter. Assist in monitoring the progress of OHS Programs at respective cluster (Process - Managing Risks): Ensure program implementation per planned dates; Ensure program compliance and validated report submission; Ensure provision of mini programs. Train employees and other services associates on Occupational Health and Safety (Process - Managing Risks) Display 2GO Core Values (People, Learning & Culture - Engaging People): Aligned values seen from ways of working; Gain positive feedback from work being done. You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background · Bachelor's Degree, Business, Engineering, Logistics Management or relevant discipline Professional Experience · 3 or more years of experience on being a safety officer; SO3 level is preferred Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies · Strong background in Occupational Health and Safety Management systems auditing (ISO45001) · Good interpersonal and team building skills. · Good customer relationship skills. · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Able to identify, analyze, and manage risks; facilitating execution of mitigation and permanent action plans. · Good training, facilitation, coaching and auditing skills · Adaptable to communicate with all levels of an organization · Good presentation skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Hardworking, patient, persevering and can work with minimum supervision Technical Competencies · Business understanding of the contract logistics concepts · Verbal and numerical reasoning, ability to draw sound conclusion · PC software application skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · OH&S / ISO45001:2018 Management System · BOSH trained · LCM trained · WEM trained · Advanced HIRAC trained · Safety Program Audit (SPA) trained Licensure / Certification Required · BOSH · Loss Control Management · Work Environment Measurement · Advanced HIRAC (48 hours) · Safety Program Audit (SPA) (40 hours) What’s In It For You at 2GO?
