About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Management Trainee to join cross-functional teams, allowing you to see how the business scales, innovates, and shapes the future of digital assets in the Philippines. As a Management Trainee, you will go far beyond traditional support tasks. You will act as a catalyst for growth by actively participating in high-level strategy, driving process improvements, and implementing critical new policies and protocols. This role offers a unique vantage point to understand the broader operational landscape of PDAX, enabling you to create a tangible, lasting impact on our growth trajectory from day one. You will be immersed in a wealth of learning opportunities, including specialized training sessions and workshops, designed to rapidly expand your leadership capabilities and technical skillset. General Responsibilities Strategic Alignment: Develop a thorough understanding of business objectives, performance metrics, targets, priorities, and long-term opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the team. Drive Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify clear opportunities for innovation, sustainable growth, and competitive advantage. Policy & Execution: Assist line managers in policy creation, implementation, and goal-setting to drive overall business success. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply). Experience: Proven track record of strong internship and/or organizational leadership experience. Industry Knowledge: Prior internship or working experience in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, or Risk and Compliance is a strong advantage. Business Acumen: Ability to rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of organizational structure, job functions, qualifications, and administrative practices.. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to break down straightforward issues to analyze their root causes, constructively challenge routine practices, and think on your feet to resolve problems with limited time or resources. Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, business needs, and work environments while remaining effective, open to new approaches, and responsive to shifting tasks and deadlines. Personal Effectiveness: Strong self-awareness, emotional discipline, and a proactive attitude toward seeking feedback, managing personal work habits, and staying calm and professional under pressure. Effective Resourcing: Efficient in utilizing available tools, time, and information to meet daily responsibilities, with the initiative to troubleshoot resource gaps and seek guidance when necessary. Nice-to-Haves Experience in the digital asset or financial services industries, particularly in payments, remittance, mobile/web banking, and cash management.
