Signing Principal, CFCM, Investment Banking

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Originate and execute corporate finance transactions.
• Initiate marketing calls to target customers in HK, PRC and overseas markets.
• Manage team to perform due diligence, research and financial analysis in relation to corporate finance projects.
• Familiar with the rules, regulations and the policies.
• Supervise team in pitching, develop and analyze new business.
• Maintain close network and relation with customers.
• Act as a member of CF RO Committee.
• Provide guidance and give feedback to the staff members.
• Good at decision making and problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in investment banking and financial industry.
• Proven track record of executing IPO and financial advisory transactions in Hong Kong.
• In-depth knowledge in listing rules, takeovers code and relevant HK regulatory requirements.
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out securities advisory activities.
• Excellent presentation and marketing skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
