Specialist: Regional Technical Operations: North ( Internal)

Role purpose

• Responsible for all end-to-end operations and maintenance of regional Network infrastructure and IT support.
• Additional responsibilities shall but will not be limited to fiber maintenance, fault management, performance management, change management, network design review, disaster recovery and business continuity of all network domains (Energy, Transport and RAN.)
• To perform preventive and corrective maintenance plans and address any failures in the shortest possible time to maximize network availability.
• To collaborate and support Radio Network Planning and Operations (RNPO), Transmission Planning and Operations (TPO), Capex PMO and Sales and Distribution (SnD) on execution of various network coverage and capacity plans in the region.
• To collaborate and support availability of spares in the regional organization ensuring availability thereby reducing MTTR.
