Junior Web Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Web Developer to join our web development team. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our client's websites using various web development technologies such as Duda, Squarespace, WordPress, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using Duda, Squarespace, WordPress, Wix and other web development technologies.
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the best technical solutions are implemented for the project.
• Develop custom plugins and themes for WordPress
• Implement and maintain API integrations.
• Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Keep up to date with emerging web development technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficient in web development technologies such as Duda, Squarespace, WordPress, Wix and API integrations
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with back-end languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
