Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects
• With at least 6 months of TSR experience preferred
• With at least 1 year of CSR experience
• Open for non-native/local candidates
• Good English and Spanish communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on night shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality support to Spanish and English-speaking customers.
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Translating documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
• Managing projects or assisting with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish.
• Documenting customer interactions, complaints, or transactions in a CRM system.
