About The Role

Do you want to be part of our HR team as Junior HR Business Partner at the Infra Activity Line of
DEME, focused on all sort of personnel related topics? If so, please read further!
This position is based at our offices in Dordrecht. Your responsibilities

Being responsible for different sort of administrative tasks related to HR and Recruitment;
inserting information in the HR system (Workday);
inviting newly hired employees to the office to discuss their terms of employment;
take care of Health Insurance and other HR arrangements for employees;
assisting in implementing various HR procedures and policies;
attending job fairs;
organizing audits and trainings on a yearly base;
taking care of onboarding and offboarding of employees;
being the point of contact for all kind of practical HR related questions for our Dutch colleagues;
support the receptionist colleagues when needed.

Your profile

• You have a BSc degree in a relevant discipline;
you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
strong organizational skills and eye for detail;
having experience in an HR Department in a technical environment is a big advantage;
you speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
you take responsibilities, are proactive and a team player;
you have a flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment.
