2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. | Full-Time | Every other weekend

You’ll

Administer medications and treatments
Provide daily resident care with dignity
Monitor changes and respond clinically
Collaborate with a supportive care team

Pay & Incentives

$27.12 - $37.22/hr base
+$5.50/hr evening differential
+$7.00/hr weekend differential
Sign-On Bonus: Position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to terms, conditions, and change.

Requirements

Active NY LPN license required; BLS preferred. We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, team-focused nurse—LTC experience is helpful but not required.
