About The Role

Assure the right level of knowledge, skills, and competencies in place at Store level, with a specific focus on retail training and coaching.
Training contents will get across the Brand’s history, selling techniques and tips, cross and up selling opportunities as well also selling rituals and ceremonies.
Will be also accountable for assuring the right level of skills and commitment - Coaching at store level, supporting Store Manager in developing and growing the overall sales staff capabilities.
