Manager – Analytics

Role Overview

This role focuses on driving business excellence through analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The Manager Analytics will partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver insights, standardize processes, and enable data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business excellence initiatives including process improvement, standardization, and governance
• Own regular MIS reporting, dashboards, and deep-dive analytics
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and PnL analysis
• Lead process improvement and governance initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and support team development

Required Skills

• Strong Excel skills and data analysis expertaise
• Statistics, hypothesis testing, and data storytelling
• Business analysis and requirements gathering
• Process improvement and operational analytics
• Stakeholder management and communication.

Tools & Technologies

• Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• SQL (any dialect)
• Power BI and Excel dashboards
• SAS / SPSS (good to have)
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
