PIPELINE REQUISTION - NetSuite Account Manager Sales Representative OD Prime II

The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional account management. The Account Manager will develop and implement strategic account plans, perform critical account maintenance activities, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing NetSuite SMB customers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the NetSuite product portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value, retention, and expansion.
• Conduct regular business reviews in partnership with Solution Consultants to understand customer goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Perform ongoing account management and maintenance activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, campaigns, and opportunity management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, maintaining pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive successful outcomes.
• Present business value and solution recommendations to executive and C-level stakeholders through virtual meetings and presentations.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance objectives.
