Underwriting Specialist

The Underwriting Specialist will assist the Listings Team and Underwriting Team to provide additional support for listings creations and tasks, as well as daily functions associated with underwriting as needed. Key Responsibilities Prepare and list pre-leasing units Audit currently listed homes for accuracy and continuity Provide reporting to Listings Manager and leadership team as needed Collaborate with leasing department on updates to listings and recommendations Follow listing guidelines established by each respective client Review and process newly submitted applications Work collaboratively with leasing agents and coordinators to gather required documents and information Maintain up-to-date knowledge of screening criteria for each respective client Action Listing and Underwriting Manager’s requests from Slack Keep accurate recordation of application group statuses Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (preferred). Experience with Property Management, hospitality, and utility management is a plus Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
