Warranty and Call List

The Warranty and Call List is responsible for contacting Closed Lost prospects who previously did not complete the sales process. The primary objective is to re-engage qualified prospects, understand the reason the opportunity was lost, address appropriate barriers, and recover viable opportunities for the next step in the sales process. The role focuses on converting previously lost opportunities into reopened, qualified, and actionable leads while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused experience. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 1+ year of experience in an outbound calling, customer service, healthcare, sales, lead generation, or BPO environment. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Strong active listening and probing skills. Ability to identify customer concerns and determine appropriate next steps. Strong documentation skills. Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a conversation. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow defined workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements. Comfortable handling objections and previously disengaged customers. Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
